Well, have opportunity to work out buying a large amount of my neighboring farm of my main farm so I'm going to sell my others. Yes, I am trying to consolidate my farms into one area & make life a little simpler :). These are absolutely top notch & I have not a shred of doubt when someone walks them they will put almost everything else on the market to shame. Giant bucks & mature bucks on every one of these. Everything from 30 to 395 acres. I know there's a few people who don't like buying & selling land, well sorry :) These are habitat dreams and most know how much I put into habitat and also the Dbltree plan! I did see some people asking crazy prices all over the place but I kept my prices in line with great buys, good returns but I do think they are an elite class of amazing properties you just don't see on the market. (Most of which I see is not even in the same ballpark as what these have & offer). These also do have some serious income, these are not just timbered farms & what I'm purchasing is actually priced higher than these. Please pass on to serious folks. To keep this short & concise, I just copied & pasted the links to each property below, I posted all with all pictures on landsofiowa.com See details & links below. Have a good new year! Skip, skipsligh@hotmail.com, 515-745-2797. VERY, EXTREMELY SERIOUS & QUALIFIED BUYERS ONLY.

If you want an off the hook, crazy good farm with tremendous income, this is it. You don't find 60% income farms that are still top shelf hunting often. This farm has it all and like the others, I suspect it will not last on the market long at all. This will blow away anything else I've seen on the market lately. :) you'll be impressed....

60%+ Income ground, priced considerably less than comp sales in the area, especially low priced considering 60%+ produces income & has building, etc - $3,495
